How do you calculate my property’s value?

Thanks to our tried and tested valuation system, we can give you a price extremely quickly. We analyse the local area and take into account similar properties on the market in your area, how long yours has been up for sale, and how quickly homes near you are selling.

As you’d expect, we’ll need some simple pieces of information about your property, including its location, current condition and any work you have done on it.

How soon can you give me an offer on my property?
